A 6-member expert group headed by Mr. R. K. Singh, Joint Secretary & Chief Relief Commissioner, Ministry of Home Affairs of India will pay a visit to China's Lhasa from September 18 to 21 for exchanges and consultations with Chinese experts on the landslide in the Parechu River in China's Tibet.
