XI'AN, March 6 (Xinhuanet) -- The 12th China advertising festival will be held in October in Xi'an, home of the famous terra-cotta army of the first emperor of the Qin Dynasty (221 B.C.-206 B.C.).

    It will be the first time for the advertising gala to be stagedin a northwest Chinese city.

    Organizers said the festival would be "prepared and carried outstrictly in accordance with the rules of the market" and would be "one of the most successful." Enditem
