The Hong Kong Commercial Daily is the only Hong Kong newspaper which is allowed by the Chinese Government to be run and released in Shenzhen and Pearl River Delta Area. Established in 1952, the Hong Kong Commercial Daily has been a leading comprehensive economic newspaper for decades and has become a bridge to connect the inland and Hong Kong. Controlled by the Shenzhen Press Group, it owns the main stream readers both in Guangdong and Hong Kong. The Estate Investment magazine, run by Hong Kong Commercial Daily, started its first edition on May 1, 2002. It is circulated with the Daily in Hong Kong, Macao and the Pearl Delta areas. The magazine has been named an authority on housing in Guangdong and Hong Kong.
