To media organizations in India,

    The 3rd Session of the 11th National People's Congress and the 3rd Session of the 11th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference National Committee of the People's Republic of China will be convened in Beijing in 5 March and 3 March 2010 respectively. For the journalists based in India who wish to cover the above-mentioned sessions or attend the above-mentioned sessions as observers, please submit applications to the Press Office of the Chinese Embassy in India or the consulates in Mumbai or Kolkata before 24 February, 2010. The documents for the applications should include recent color certificate photo with white background(at least 320×240 pixels, 100-200k, JPG form), biographical notes, introduction of the media organization where he is working and some other documents which the embassy or consulate consider necessary.

    The Press Center of the two sessions is located at the Media Center, (11B Fuxing Road, Beijing, 100038).
