From Nov. 4 to 7 in 2000, Indian Minister of Human Resource Development and of Science and Technology Murli Manohar Joshi led and education delegation to visit China. On Nov. 6, Chinese Vice-Premier Li Lanqing met with Joshi. Minister of Education Chen Zhili held talks with him.
