From Sept. 10 to 17 in 2003, the Culture Section of the Chinese Embassy to India and the East Asia Department of Delhi University jointly held a "Chinese Culture Festival" with program of "Splendid China" photo show and excellent Chinese films and documents to introduce China's long history, brilliant culture and economic construction.
