BEIJING, June 7 (Xinhuanet) -- Chinese Vice Premier Zeng Peiyan left here Tuesday for visits to Russia, Oman, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar, according to the Chinese Foreign Ministry.

    Zeng will also attend the second South Summit held in the Qatari capital, Doha.
