On November 20, Chinese Assistant Foreign Minister Zhai Jun met with visiting U.N. Under Secretary-General for Peacekeeping Jean-Marie Guehenno who is here for a China-ASEAN peacekeeping seminar. Both sides discussed such issues as the status quo and reform of the U.N. peacekeeping operations and China-UN cooperation in peacekeeping.
